Mahai, I had that problem earlier too. It seems to have gone away. Also in General Forum a minmatar FWer reported that Minnie FW missions are bugged, all spawning in Huola.

What's doubly ironic about this is that Huola is one of the staging systems us Amarr guys use, and Negten's KWFL bases out of it. So they picked the worst possible place to be stuck on. Sorry guys, I was wondering what the hell was going on.

I think you have a point, and probably outside your pod no local chat will exist. However I think heavy users of Incarna wouldn't care about that: they'd just be centered in the highest population chat hubs to socialize.

Noticed it in amamake/kour/huola today, FW pilots were complaining of being unable to target and point ships they should have easy, and plenty of times I lagged between gate jumps, lagged out or socket lost.
